Job Description

Responsible for all HES Plan & Management for engineering & construction project, including office HES & onsite HES.

Job Requirements

- Minimum possess an engineering degree - Minimum have 18 years in various construction works and field HES management & supervision, with 12 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, and minimum 5 years of which are at managerial position. - Experience as HES Manager in oil & gas or petrochemical industries projects with minimum single contract value of US$ 45 millions in the last 5 years. - Minimum 5 years international working experience, managing a large group of field personnel, working as HES inspector in various job sites with diverse nationalities. - Have broad knowledge on HES management for field construction activities, construction equipment safety inspection practices, implementation of JMJ’s IIF (Incident & Injury Free) principles, HES Codes and standards related to field construction from internationally recognized organization. - Demonstrate strong HES leadership, proficient on business administration processes and understand contract law & principles. - Strong managerial capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.
