Production Manager - Batam
- Possess degree in Electronics / Mechanical / Physics / Chemical / Industrial Engineering
- Possess min. 5 years working experience in similiar position
- Ability to communicate both oral and written in English is compulsory
- Possess initiative, discipline, drive preson and be a team player
- Self-starter, ethical and highly motivated person
- Enjoy working with people in a diverse and multinational environment
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill, proactive and dynamic personality
- Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt trained /certified is preferred
- Familiar with statistical tool for manufacturing (FMEA, SPC, CpK, DOE, ets) is preferred
