- University degree in Agriculture, Forestry or Biology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or technical background in forestry or plantations
- Able to manage time and resources effectively to achieve goals
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent computer skills
- Willingness to be based in Pekanbaru
